Anchor Therapy Solutions, PLLC is currently accepting new patients.

We do have a waitlist for skilled outpatient therapy services at this time.

We are currently in-network with:

• Medcost

• Medicare Part B

• We are happy to bill out of network for most all other insurance and Medicare Advantage plans.

Note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept/bill patients with Blue Cross Blue shield or Medicaid (primary) at this time.

Please send us a fax (910-726-3678) with the following:

• Your facility cover sheet

• Patient’s demographic face sheet (including med list and diagnosis codes)

• Insurance information

• Script stating “OT eval and treat” with the appropriate ICD diagnosis code

• Most recent visit summary
